Tom is a carpenter by trade and has over 29 years of experience in the construction industry. Aside from being one of the owners of Derrick Companies, Tom is the Vice-President of Field Operations and the company's Safety Director. His duties include overseeing all field personnel, coordinating and monitoring all activities on projects and ensuring the safety of all workers.
